Privacy Policy
The data controller for this service is Alexandr Filippov, an individual resident of the Republic of Moldova ("we", "us", "Eul Studio"). Contact for privacy matters: hello@eul.studio.
This policy describes what personal data we collect when you use Eul Studio's website (eul.studio) or any of our mobile applications (each, a "Product"), how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have over it.
Data we collect
- Account data. The email address and authentication identifiers you provide when you sign up or restore a purchase.
- Purchase data. Order identifier, product, subscription status, country, currency, and the last four digits of your payment method. Full payment card details are collected and stored by Paddle; we do not see or store them.
- Technical data. Device type, operating-system version, approximate region derived from IP address, and crash or diagnostic logs — collected only where necessary to deliver, secure, or debug the Product.
- Communications. The contents of any message you send to hello@eul.studio, including your email address.
This website itself does not require an account and collects no personal data from visitors beyond standard server access logs maintained by our hosting provider.
Why we process it, and legal basis
- To provide the Product and manage your subscription — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To comply with tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To improve reliability and detect abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To respond to your support and privacy requests — legitimate interest, and performance of a contract.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors and service providers:
- Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing and merchant-of-record services. paddle.com/legal/privacy
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and email routing for our support inbox. cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- Google LLC — delivery of email forwarded to the operator's personal mailbox. policies.google.com/privacy
We may also disclose data where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
International transfers
The processors listed above may handle data outside your country of residence, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Where applicable, such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or equivalent safeguards.
Retention
- Account data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus 24 months after termination.
- Financial and tax records are retained for 7 years, as required by the tax law of the Republic of Moldova.
- Support correspondence is kept for 24 months from the last message.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Moldovan Law on Personal Data Protection, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure, subject to legal retention obligations;
- receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
- object to or restrict processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Cookies
This website does not use non-essential cookies or third-party tracking. Individual Products may use cookies or similar technologies strictly necessary for authentication or functionality; these are documented in each Product's own in-app notice.
Children
The Product is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated through the Product or by email to the address associated with your account.
