Terms of Service
This service is operated by Alexandr Filippov, an individual resident of the Republic of Moldova ("we", "us", "Eul Studio"). Contact: hello@eul.studio.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any mobile application, website, or other product offered by Eul Studio (each, a "Product"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
2. Service description
Eul Studio develops and operates subscription-based mobile applications sold through dedicated purchase flows. Payment processing, tax collection, tax remittance, and invoicing are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as merchant of record. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@eul.studio if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price, unless cancelled before renewal. You authorise Paddle to charge your selected payment method accordingly. Price ranges are disclosed on the pricing page; the exact price of each Product is displayed before checkout.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
6. Refunds
A full, no-questions refund is available within 14 days of an initial purchase. Details and procedure are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Product, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
- use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with their operation, or circumvent security or access controls;
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the Product available to third parties in a commercial capacity.
8. Intellectual property
All content, software, trademarks, and other materials in the Product are owned by Eul Studio or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Product for its intended purpose.
9. Disclaimer
The Product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Product or these Terms is limited to the total amount you paid to us or to Paddle on our behalf in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product, with or without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. On termination, clauses that by their nature should survive (including sections 8, 9, 10, 13) will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Product or by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. This clause does not limit mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
