Refund Policy

If you purchase an initial subscription to any Eul Studio product and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date — no questions asked.

How to request

Email hello@eul.studio from the address used at purchase. Include your Paddle order identifier if available. We acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.

After 14 days

Cancellations made after the 14-day window do not result in a refund. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges are made. You can cancel at any time from the Paddle customer portal linked in your purchase confirmation, or by emailing us.

Renewals

Automatic renewal charges are outside the scope of the 14-day policy, which applies to the initial purchase only. If a renewal charge was unintended — for example, you meant to cancel but missed the cutoff — email us and we will review the request case by case.

Product-specific terms

Unless otherwise stated on the product's purchase page, the 14-day policy applies to all Eul Studio products.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law applicable to your country of residence, including rights of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable.
